This home sweet home interchangeable door hanger is perfect to leave up year round. Just change out the 3.5” round inserts seasonally! This door hanger comes with the following inserts: hello, spring, summer, fall, and winter. The 3.5” round inserts have a magnet on the back and there is another magnet piece that attached to help hold them in place.
